Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the website rimagex.com and the application at app.rimagex.com (together, the "Service"), provided by Evolox Inc. ("rIMAGEx", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. The service

rIMAGEx is an AI tool that generates fashion model imagery (lookbook and campaign shots) from still-life garment uploads and prompts. Output quality depends on input quality. We make no guarantee of specific commercial results.

2. Account & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

3. Plans, billing, refunds

• Subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Pricing is shown on the Plans page in EUR.
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
• Refunds may be granted at our discretion within 14 days of the first charge for new customers (EU consumer law).

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate content that:

• Depicts identifiable real people without their explicit, written consent.
• Contains nudity, sexual, violent, or hateful imagery.
• Infringes third-party intellectual property (trademarks, copyrighted designs, etc.).
• Misleads, defames, or harms others.
• Violates any applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

5. Ownership of generated content

You own the images generated through your account and may use them commercially, including in advertising, e-commerce, and printed materials.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your inputs (uploaded garments, references) and outputs do not infringe third-party rights.

We retain the right to display anonymized, low-resolution thumbnails of generated outputs in case studies or marketing materials only with your prior written consent.

6. AI models & cast

The "AI fashion models" available in rIMAGEx are synthetic identities. They do not depict real persons. The use of these models in your shoots is granted under a worldwide, non-exclusive license tied to your active subscription.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Stripe, Google Cloud), or other events may cause downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rIMAGEx and Evolox Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Italy. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Milan, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights granted by your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active users by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
